About This Plan

The Western Reserve Legal Services Plan gives members access to local professional legal counsel for their most common legal problems.  The Plan offers free and reduced cost legal services on a wide range of legal matters.
 
Consultations are always free and members pay only the low discounted attorney fees set forth in Schedule of Benefits.  

The Plan is offered by employers or groups as a voluntary benefit.  It is easy to administer and can be offered at no cost to the employer or group.  
 
The Plan is easy for members to use.  A member simply calls our local or toll free number and is referred to a local attorney with experience in handling your particular legal problem.  
 
There are no long term contracts and the plan can be canceled at any time.

Who Can Use This Plan?

Our Plan covers the member, the member’s spouse and any children aged 21 or under residing with the member.

What Does It Cost?

The Western Reserve Legal Services Plan costs only $7.50 per month. Payment is made through payroll deduction and can be partially or fully funded by your employer or union.
